MEDITATION-THE PROCESS OF COMING HOME

“Celebration is my religion, love is my message and silence is my truth” Master Osho

All healings in life (mental and physical) can be done through meditation. We are vibrating beings with a physical body. The body is where the soul resides. The energy body, a network of chakras and acupuncture meridians, has a shape or form corresponding to that of the physical body. The physical body provides the channel for energy to flow. All human ailments and sufferings are caused by the disruption or blockage of the chi movement in the body. Strengths and healings of any natures occur through the elevated vibrational frequencies, the smooth chi movement, or the attunement of the divine within the living tissues of the body.

Meditation is the process of unifying the mind, body, and chi. It is self-cleansing and returning back to our most natural state of being: non-form, non-duality, non-attachment, freedom and wholeness. Thus, it is the process of coming home to who we truly are.

In meditation, we must dissolve the chattering or conditioning mind in order to connect our energy body to the universal matrix that sustains it. This allows the divine energy to flow through us and heal on the energetic, mental, and physical levels. Most of the time, the blockage of chi is caused by the nonstop chattering mind. In the simple act of residing in the body, being fully present in our form, smiling and letting go of our thoughts, we can heal ourselves at all levels. Thus, by foreclosing the egoistic mind and releasing its chattering to the universe, we return to the infinite mind; similar to stopping the chase of waves and coming back to reside in the immense ocean.  As the most orgasmic, euphoric union with the infinite self, meditation is a fail-proof oxytocin self-inducing therapy. It is the only way known by humans to be connected to God and our infinite soul.

Daily Recharging Meditation

Similar to the cell phone, our body needs recharging every day to feel wholesome, even with just 5 or 10 minutes a day. Before meditating, ensure that the body is relaxed and comfortable with proper nutrition and liquid.

Sit in any way that makes you feel comfortable, whether on a chair or on the floor with a meditation cushion. Let go of all emotions, be calm, and ask all thoughts to leave you for a while. If thoughts pop in, tell them, “no, I am on break right now.” If the body resists and wants to move around like a puppy, tell it, “sit, be still.” Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Breathe in and out naturally. Don’t force the breath; it should be relaxed and gentle—it's the energy-flow that you may allow to maximize, not the muscular exertion of the chest. Use the whole body as a breathing tube. Gently, close your eyes. Turn all sensory awareness inward. Relax each and every single part of the body from head to toe. Notice any areas of pain, depression, or tension. Gently, turning the attention to it to massage it out. You may still be aware of environmental light, noise, and movement. Just walk yourself back to the body. Be fully absorbed in the body. Experience every fiber, connective tissue, vessel, and visceral organ. Imagine as you exhale that you are releasing all of your troubling thoughts and feelings. As you inhale, you are taking in light, clarity, and serenity.
Let the healing energy flow from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.  Let the energy from the universe, as a brilliant white light, flow down through you, fill you up, and open you like a lotus blossoming in the eternal pond of joy. Let your crown be open and connected to the sky and your feet (or bottom if you are sitting on the floor) rooted and anchored in the earth. Making the union of you, heaven, and earth seamless and joyous. Smiling to yourself, say: “I am home.”

Meditation for Healing the Body. Breathe in through the nose and take the energy throughout the body into the part that is hurting or going through recovery after surgery or malfunctioning. May it be the heart, lung, kidney, or stomach. Hold the attention there for a few moments. Breathe in and out with your organ. Visualize the universal energy entering there to heal you. Telling the part of the body that hurts, “dear heart, kidney, etc. I love you; I truly love you, you are amazing. Thank you for being so loyal and strong. You are healing in every way. You are getting stronger and stronger every day. I am here for you, my love.”
Meditation for Daily Stress. Visualize the universe as an infinite supply of light, energy, and wisdom. Stop yourself to track on a daily basis. Inhale the magnificent energy and wisdom from the Universe (it is free). Allow for it to flow through your entire being, invigorating and strengthening every particle at every moment of being stressed out, stuck, or frustrated. Make a daily commitment of not using your body as a storehouse for poison and stress. Silently, returning to your innate nature and baseline of peace, love, and wisdom. Ask yourself: “A hundred years from now, who cares and so what?” then let go of the daily frustration, egoistic trip, or little life hiccups.

Meditation to Heal Family Ties. (Adopted from Advanced healing meditation techniques from Biogetica - Biogetica)

Imagine yourself at 5 years old. Hold your father’s hand with one hand and your mother’s with the other (be it be your biological or adopted parents). Bring this image into your heart and keep it there for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes: 1) Say everything you want to say to your parents... everything 2) Thank your parents for giving you the gift of life 3) Ask for their forgiveness 4) Forgive them for doing all they could with what they knew and where they were in life.

Meditation for Healing Relationships with the people in your life. The people in your life are your soul group. You attracted them to your life, whether you like them or not. They serve as supporting actors in the movie, which you play the main character. They can be antagonists or protagonists, but all serve for your growth. It is through family roots and social connections, that we progress or digress in our evolution. Almost all human sufferings can be directly linked to relationship issues. Taking a few quiet moments throughout the day, before you make the phone call or encounter your loved one, recite to yourself: “Dear __________, I love you. I really, really love you. I accept you exactly the way you are. You are an infinite being.” Practice this daily with your loved ones and watch the miracles unfold. Only through our love and acceptance can people grow and change.

Namaste! May you be the source of loving kindness to all sentient bein
